The is a perfect yummy salad for any occassion. The mixture of sweet, salty & sour will have your guests coming back for more. Pair my delicious salad with a chilled glass of white wine or your favorite sparkling drink. Cooking with Passion, SW

Additional Info

  • Ingredients:
    1. 2 Tbsp olive oil, Clementine
    2. 2 pinch habanero sea salt
    3. 1/2 tsp course black pepper
    4. 2 lg peaches, ¼" slices
    5. VINAIGRETTE
    6. 4 Tbsp olive oil, clementine
    7. 1 tsp juice of a lemon
    8. 1 tsp sugar
    9. pinch of salt
    10. OTHER SALAD FIXIN'S
    11. 4 oz mache rosettes
    12. 1/4 of a small red onion, sliced thin
    13. 4 oz proscuitto slices, thin & torn
    14. 2 oz herb goat cheese
  • Directions:
    1. Add olive, salt & pepper to peaches.
    2. Mix & toss well
    3. Grill peach slices in a large heated grill pan for 2-3 minutes on each side until you have golden grill marks.
    4. Remove from pan.
    5. Meanwhile, whisk vinaigrette ingredients in a small mixing bowl.
    6. Toss mache & red onion ingredients in a medium mixing bowl.
    7. On each salad plate, add mache rosettes, red onion, peaches, prosciutto & goat cheese crumbles.
    8. Drizzle with vinaigrette
