Holidays parties are always a great time to put out your favorite deserts. But after the sweets have disappeared, the weight from the extra calories seems to appear. Here's a sweet tooth pleaser good for anytime of the year that's "waistline-friendly."

  • Ingredients:
    1. 1 container frozen whipped topping; we prefer Truwhip brand, found at most natural markets
    2. 1 cup all natural peanut butter; we prefer Adam's creamy or make your own!
    3. 1 pkg graham crackers, any flavor; low fat
    4. chocolate syrup; light or reduced calories
  • Directions:
    1. In a medium saucepan, warm peanut butter on a low-heat burner.
    2. Once warm, add to a large mixing bowl & combine with whipped topping.
    3. Using an electric hand beater blend into a creamy texture.
    4. Add chocolate syrup and mix well. 
    5. Scoop cream onto graham cracker square, cover with other square making a sandwich.
    6. Repeat for remaining cream. 
    7. Place all squares on a large plate.
    8. Cover with food wrap & place in freezer until frozen.
    9. Enjoy with a tall cold glass of Soy coconut milk, delicious!
