Need to take breakfast "On The Go?" This Protein & Bran Smoothie is a great option.

Additional Info

  • Ingredients:
    1. 1 cup milk; low-fat dairy, almond, soy or coconut are options
    2. 1 level scoop protein powder; we prefer Sunwarrior chocolate rice proteinĀ 
    3. 1/4 cup bran cereal
    4. 1 medium apple, halved; we prefer Fuji or Gala
    5. 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
    6. 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
    7. 1 small slice of green cabbage; for extra fiber
    8. 1/2 cup ice
  • Directions:
    1. Place all ingredients in blender or Vita-Mix machine & blend on high speed for 45-60 seconds or until smooth.
    2. Now you're off to a great start for a great day!
