If you don't have a hill nearby then increase the intensity to fit your surroundings. Challenge yourself and you'll get out of it what you put into it!

Dinning Out
When planning an evening to dine out, take a minute to look at the restaurant's menu ahead of time online. To stay within your customized meal plan, look for the healthy options so you are more prepared when it comes time to order your meal. Mention to the waiter ahead of time that you are watching your carb or calorie intake ("eating clean") and to please hold the bread! If you are prepared before you arrive, you have a much higher chance at success!!! Remember, planning is all a part of any goal achieving process.Just because you are on a meal plan, doesn't mean you have to stay home! So, plan ahead, enjoy a night out and maintain your new physique all at the same time!

Staying Active

With our busy lifestyle, we've discovered that setting small goals helps keep us on track to staying active. Walking or hiking is something that can be done just about anywhere. We enjoy discovering new areas of whichever part of the country we are in and have found that walking is a great way to do that.

Even if you have to drive a short distance to a walking trail, it's well worth the many benefits you'll receive in return.
