To stay within your customized meal plan, look for the healthy options so you are more prepared when it comes time to order your meal. Mention to the waiter ahead of time that you are watching your carb or calorie intake ("eating clean") and to please hold the bread! If you are prepared before you arrive, you have a much higher chance at success!!! Remember, planning is all a part of any goal achieving process.Just because you are on a meal plan, doesn't mean you have to stay home!
